Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Diamondly Weddings website and AI wedding planning service (the "Service"), provided by Diamondly Weddings ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. You are contracting with Diamondly Weddings.
1. The Service
Diamondly Weddings is an AI-assisted wedding planning service. It includes an AI planning chat, a planning dashboard (checklist, budget, guest list), a seating chart, vendor search and pre-written vendor email templates, AI-generated style suggestions and images, and a personalized planning roadmap. You may invite helpers ("Planning Helpers") to view or edit your wedding plans for an additional fee per helper.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including activity by helpers you invite.
3. Plans, payment and billing
We offer a one-time Full Planning purchase ($997) and a Monthly Planning subscription ($97/month), plus optional Planning Helper seats ($19.99 one-time each). Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to these Terms.
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- If you purchase Full Planning while on a Monthly subscription, your monthly billing is cancelled automatically.
- Without a paid plan you may complete the questionnaire and preview the Service, but planning features require a purchase.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam.
- Infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfere with the Service's security or operation (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits).
- Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Use the AI features to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or to attempt to bypass AI safety controls.
5. AI-generated content
- AI outputs (roadmaps, suggestions, images, email drafts) may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important details — prices, availability, contracts — directly with your vendors.
- You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, for verifying accuracy, and for having the rights to any content you upload.
- AI outputs are not professional legal, financial, or other regulated advice and should not be relied on as such.
- We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeated infringement may lead to account termination.
6. Vendors and third parties
Vendor listings come from third-party sources (such as Google Maps) and are provided for convenience. We do not endorse, employ, or guarantee any vendor. Any agreement you make with a vendor is solely between you and that vendor.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You retain ownership of the content you add (guest lists, notes, questionnaire answers); you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Service level and warranties
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window — contact us if you need a copy of your planning data.
11. General
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Diamondly Weddings is established, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless mandatory local law gives you other rights.
- We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
12. Contact
