We want you to love planning your wedding with Diamondly Weddings. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund period

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for:

• The Full Planning one-time purchase ($997)
• The first month of a Monthly Planning subscription ($97/month)
• Planning Helper seats ($19.99 each)

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team through the chat in your account and we'll help you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Monthly Planning subscription at any time from your Account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid month; the subscription simply won't renew. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not automatically refund the current month, but you can request a refund within the 30-day window above.
